SERVICE AREA / BROOMFIELD, CO
Broomfield sits about 25 minutes from our Aurora shop. When hail rolls down the US-36 corridor or a pipe bursts in the middle of the night, we send a crew straight up, no dispatch center in between.
Broomfield straddles the line between Denver and Boulder, and the housing stock reflects that. The neighborhoods south of 120th Avenue are mostly 1970s and 1980s ranch homes and split-levels with original plumbing and aging roofs. Head north toward Interlocken and the 1stBank Center, and you hit newer construction with finished basements and composite siding. Both types take damage, just in different ways.
The US-36 corridor is one of Colorado's most active hail paths. Storms push northeast off the foothills and hit Broomfield head-on, which means roof and siding damage is a regular problem here. Older homes near Big Dry Creek also deal with basement moisture after heavy rain. We drive up from Aurora in about 25 minutes and bring full drying, boarding, and cleanup equipment on the first trip.
