A local crew, not a call center

Louisville started as a coal mining town, and the older neighborhoods near downtown still have that character: small-lot homes from the early and mid-1900s with original plumbing, unfinished basements, and roofing that has seen decades of Colorado weather. Water intrusion in these homes tends to show up in basements and crawlspaces, where moisture sits and mold follows. Head south or east into the newer subdivisions, and the construction is different but the problems keep coming. Hail hits Louisville regularly, and the open grassland on the south side of town means wind damage is part of the deal.

The Marshall Fire in December 2021 changed this city. Hundreds of homes were destroyed or damaged in the Superior and Louisville area. Some families are still rebuilding. We handle fire and smoke restoration from initial cleanup and soot removal through structural rebuild.
